Made to Order

Each WTF! frame is handcrafted only after you place your order. That means we don’t pull your product off a shelf — we build it for you.
Please allow 4–5 working days for production before your order is shipped out. Trust us, it’s worth the wait.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: On us. We cover courier costs across India.

  • Express Delivery: Need it faster? Drop us a message or email before or right after you place your order. We’ll make it happen for a small additional cost.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Packaging & Handling

Every frame is packed with care and padding to survive the wildest courier rides. We use double-layered protective packaging and quality materials to keep your frame safe.

That said — couriers are couriers. Sh*t happens.
If your product arrives damaged or in less-than-perfect condition:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product immediately.

  2. Email us at wtf.designnow@gmail.,com (or your final address) within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We’ll review and work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or another solution.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship across India. For international orders, reach out to us directly — we can figure something out depending on your location.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder or reach out — we’ll resend it.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We can’t take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
